Scan existing QR labels or describe incoming stored property in your own words. Build 006D.2 keeps the accepted real-world trial controls and adds CSS production branding plus faster manual permanent-INV lookup. Typed location scans, audited bulk/container quantities, explicit same-product linking, scan-to-select transfer destinations, owner-required permanent tags, guided validation and direct M110 printing remain in place.

Scan a permanent bulk tag to load the live quantity.

Use this after scanning a known product. The new container receives its own INV tag but inherits this product's verified identity and wording. You still enter the new physical count and location.

LIVE D1 LEDGER ONLY. Every quantity change records before/after quantity, operator, reason, time and version. Product reconciliation is separately audited and never changes quantity. Google Master Inventory is still not posted by this action.

6 · Physical checks before intake

I physically counted these incoming items. I checked that these are new incoming items, not stock already counted.

These confirmations are required before a received-intake receipt can be recorded. They do not update master stock or authorize a sale.

A suggested match is never an automatic merge. Existing groups and quantities are not changed by this screen.

Google Master lookup remains authenticated read-only. Build 006D.2 adds a separate admin-only Master posting credential and explicit posting gate for APPROVED_FOR_POSTING records; ordinary receiving, scanning, lookup, location, bulk and label workflows cannot write to Master. Owner is mandatory before recording.

Build 006D.2 requires owner confirmation before save, allocates permanent INV tag identities in the ledger, supports scan-to-new-container, explicit same-product reconciliation, controlled location moves and audited pre-posting voids, and keeps direct M110 printing on supported Android/Chromium devices with a clean white thermal-label layout and guided required-field validation. Wording confirmation is never physical inspection. Google Master lookup and private-photo lookup remain read-only; only the separate admin-approved posting gate can append a verified row to Master. Session-local intake photos are still not uploaded.
